The spa and wellness center, along with the various pools and live entertainment options, enhanced our enjoyment and relaxation. The exceptional staff and thoughtful surprises, like the Valentine's Day gesture, truly made us feel special.

Had an incredible stay with the most stunning view from our room. Breakfast for vegans was a delightful surprise. Would DEFINITELY return! Even better in person than in photos.

However, the outdated rooms and slow check-in process could be improved for a more seamless experience.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at this hotel! the pool area was divine, with plenty of comfy sun loungers available for guests. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the on-site restaurants served some fantastic dishes, and the Ula restaurant and Bar offered great value for money. the hotel's front lobby exudes class, and the concierge and doormen were always ready to assist with a smile.

While my overall experience was wonderful, one thing that could be improved is the room maintenance. I stayed in room 919, which was a bit cluttered with furniture and had a shower panel that leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

The minor issue I experienced was that the location was a bit isolated from other attractions and the price was slightly high. It was frustrating that some transactions had to be paid separately, particularly at the pool bar and restaurant which was not connected to the hotel.

Good times at the indoor pool. International staff was helpful and friendly. A stay guaranteed to impress for any occasion! Bonus: I can chat in seven languages!

Our Easter stay was great. We loved the convenience of the hotel location, strategically situated near a mall and the beach. the hotel pool and beach amenities were amazing and we enjoyed every minute spent there along with our family. Everything offered were up to standard and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our check-in process was not as smooth as we would have preferred, which resulted in us waiting a few extra minutes. the room initially assigned to us had a minor issue but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. Efficiency, kindness, and a smile were always present. They attended to all our requests and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful with a pool in front of the beach and an incredible view. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and everything smells like flowers. The food is great with a wide variety and good quality. Wifi is available everywhere. Perfect for big families. The poolside bar has excellent lunch options.

Our stay was wonderful, with an accessible location close to public steps with broken edges leading to a big mall soon to open. It only took us 10 minutes to reach the nearest restaurant. The room was cosy and equipped with excellent facilities, and the bathroom was spotless clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast options were diverse, and the infinity pool provided us with breathtaking views of the desert.

I keep coming back for the weekend. The first time, the staff helped me and I remember. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, laundry, flat-screen TV, kitchenette, fitness studio.

Great location near the marina, with a good pool and beach. They accept early check-ins and offer excursions like dune buggies. Staff are helpful and professional, making the experience even better. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. a gem of a place in a well-run establishment.

We had an incredible stay at this Royal hotel. the room was a spacious studio apartment with a super comfortable bed. the staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant, KHYBER, was absolutely amazing! We also loved the infinity pool, as well as the luxurious classic appearance of the hotel. Despite arriving early, our room was already prepared, which was a welcome surprise. the staff were welcoming and fulfilled all of our needs throughout our stay. the breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious, offering a mix of Asian and European cuisine. the rooms were always clean and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to popular attractions in Dubai. the beach had a stunning view and the water was clean and refreshing. the transport options were also convenient, with short wait times for taxis. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Dubai.

My friends and I had a blast at the indoor swimming pool on the 14th floor - it was so cool! The private beach access was epic for water activities. The Kids Club was like a clubhouse from a movie - super fun hangout spot!
